Welcome to Techthusiasm LLC’s website (referenced through as the “Site”). Please read these Terms of Service before using this Site. Your use of this Site is expressly conditioned upon the acceptance of the following Terms of Service. By using this Site, you inherently agree to these Terms of Service.
Purpose
The purpose of the Site is to provide you with information about Techthusiasm LLC, our products and services, our locations, and the brands that we support. In addition, you may be able to purchase products and services through the Site.
Product Availability
Techthusiasm LLC controls and operates the Site from Michigan in the United States of America. The products on our site are generally not available for purchase and delivery outside of the United States.
Products and services listed and purchasable on the Site are generally expected to be in stock or available within a reasonable time directly by Techthusiasm LLC or from our brands and suppliers. Pre-orderable products are clearly marked with available expections of delivery, but timing is ultimately controlled by our brands and suppliers. We cannot guarantee that all products will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. If a product that appears available when you place your order is actually not available or expected to have significant delay at the time your order is processed, we will notify you. Your payment will be refunded if you do not wish to wait for the product to become available.
Across the Site, you may find some products that may be able to be added to your cart and bought directly, some products may require you to contact us to order, and some products may refer you to qualified affiliates or partners to purchase. The difference in these purchasing options shall be clearly noted and explained per product.
Retailer Authorization
Techthusiasm LLC is an authorized and certified retailer fully approved by the given brands or their representatives of all products and services we directly offer. Prices shown should be the same as other authorized retailers, whether local, online, or big-box businesses. We actively strive to keep our prices up to date with changes and promotions authorized by our brands and suppliers. If you believe you have found a lower price from a legitimate and authorized source, please contact us.
Note that there are increasingly knock-off, gray market, and unauthorized products being sold nowadays, particularly online. In addition, some retailers may knowingly violate brand or supplier pricing policies or rules, which puts your purchases and warranties at risk. We strive to work positively with our brands and suppliers. Furthermore, rest assured that our offered products are brand new, unused, A-stock, and properly warrantied unless clearly communicated and denoted as being validated, open box stock.
Pricing & Orders
Prices and availability of products and services listed on the Site are subject to change without notice.
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, error in pricing information received from a supplier, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your payment has been charged. If your payment has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your payment method in the amount of the incorrect price.
We reserve the right at any time, including after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all.
Sales Tax
Sales tax shall be collected on purchases to locations where Techthusiasm LLC maintains physical business locations or maintains economic nexus. When applicable, proper sales tax shall be charged, held, and paid to the appropriate agencies in accordance with the requirements and rules of each.
Payments
You are responsible for payments due for any products or services that you order. Techthusiasm LLC allows a variety of easy payment methods, such as credit cards, ACH, PayPal, and may also allow pay later services, such as Affirm and Klarna. We shall not take payments via cash, check, money order, or related methods. We shall not provide direct financing nor payment plans.
Shipping
Products may be shipped by various methods, including US Post Office, UPS, Fedex, or freight, depending on the size, weight, and scale of a given order. Some products may ship directly from Techthusiasm LLC. Others may drop ship from a brand or supplier. All efforts shall be made to provide fast shipping and communicate accurate tracking as orders are processed and fulfilled.
Techthusiasm LLC offers free standard shipping on most orders with no minimum order requirement. This shall be subject to change. If expedited shipping for an order is needed, please contact us. We shall work to accomodate such requests, while charging for the additional shipping costs.
Freight delivery on large orders often requires extra coordination whereby the freight companies shall call to arrange delivery. We shall ensure freight companies contact you directly to make required delivery arrangements.
In the event of items lost or damaged in shipping, please provide details and photo evidence as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
We recommend keeping boxes and packaging for a period of 30 days after delivery of all products.
Techthusiasm LLC allows returns of most products for a period of 15 days after delivery. Products must be non-defective and in like new condition with all included packaging and accessories. The purchaser shall pay for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee shall be assessed for all opened items and deducted from any refund.
Returns shall not be allowed for custom/special order nor open box products.
Defective Products & Warranty Support
Techthusiasm LLC strives to provide excellent service and support to our customers. In the event that you receive a defective product, we shall work tirelessly to coordinate with our brands and suppliers to get products replaced as quickly and efficiently as possible at no cost to you. We shall coordinate and assist on warranty claims, as needed.
Trademarks
All brand, product, and service names used in the Site are the trademarks, trade names, or service marks of Techthusiasm LLC or the brands we carry, unless otherwise stated. Information, content, products, and services may not be reused nor redistrubted without the express prior written permission of Techthusiasm LLC or the owner of such trademarks, trade names, or service marks.

Our Site may provide links to other sites or resources that are operated by third parties not affiliated with Techthusiasm LLC. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not endorse nor take responsibility for the content of those sites. We shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage which you may suffer by using those sites. If you decide to access linked sites, you do so at your own risk.
Privacy
Techthusiasm LLC may collect certain personal information in the course of serving your needs and fulfilling your orders. We strive to limit the volume of information requested and retained and protect all personal information you provide. Our Site is built on Squarespace with monitoring and compliance kept up to date. In the event of any data breach or loss beyond our control, we shall inform you and engage appropriate partners and entities, as required.
We shall never knowingly sell, share, nor use your personal information for any purpose outside of appropriate business reasons. Options are available to opt out of marketing communications, if desired.
Our business operations are intended to be used by adults. We shall not knowingly collect information about children under the age of majority.
Terms of Service Amendments
Techthusiasm LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service without notice to you. If we change these Terms of Service, we shall post updated terms here. We encourage you to visit this section of our Site regularly in order to be informed of any changes. Amendments shall be effective immediately once the revised terms have been posted on the Site.
